In the office
Dr. Landmann reviews your medications and medical and ophthalmic history, examines the eye and facial area, and discusses surgical and non-surgical options. The appointment is approximately 45–60 minutes. When you proceed with a cosmetic procedure, the consultation fee is applied to that procedure.

In-Office fees are typically $1,250. ASC & hospital-based fees are significantly more and not typically done.
Zero Dollars for upper lid surgery done with oral relaxing medication; Flat Fee of $1,750 with IV sedation.

Previously treated elsewhere
A significant portion of Dr. Landmann's practice involves repairing cosmetic eyelid procedures that were done by other facial plastic surgeons. Planning begins with a dedicated $400 consultation. Revision surgical rates are specific for patients who had surgery with another surgeon and are now having Dr. Landmann perform a revision. Payments may be arranged directly between the primary surgeon and Dr. Landmann's office. Revision surgery is complex and may require more than one procedure. The cost of subsequent procedures is typically not included. For patients who had their initial surgery with Dr. Landmann, there is no fee (and no time limit) if anything ever needs to be revised, except for the possible anesthesia fee.
